Meet Samantha
A practitioner who has been on the other side of the desk.
I am a qualified Living Nutrition Practitioner with over fifteen years in the wellness industry. I support people of all ages, and I have a particular interest in children's nutrition and nutrition before, during and after pregnancy.
That interest is personal. I became a mother in May 2020 and experienced first-hand how hard it is for new mums to fit in time for their own health. When my son was unsettled and uncomfortable, and I was told it was "just colic" that he would grow out of, I used my training to find the root cause and improve his symptoms.
